Led by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, the session is designed specifically for mums-to-be, focusing on safe movements that improve posture, support pelvic floor health, and build strength to prepare your body for birth and beyond.
In our Pregnancy Reformer class, you will strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups that may be weakened and tight from the postural changes and stresses that occur during pregnancy. It is also low-impact, without placing stress on the body’s joints.
