The Body Refinery Exercise Physiologists offer Strength and Conditioning Classes.

If you are injury-free and would like to challenge yourself, these new Strength and Conditioning Classes⁠ are a great way to increase your strength and fitness levels.

With a maximum of 4 people, these sessions are the perfect way to do semi-private classes in a gym setting environment with an Exercise Physiologist.⁠

EP Functional Performance Class

EP Functional Performance Class is a small group class of up to 4 participants. Led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists these sessions are individually tailored towards your movement, fitness and health goals. ⁠

  • Are you wanting to improve your strength, power, agility or endurance in your chosen sport?⁠
  • Would you like to make daily tasks like getting up off the floor, standing out of low chairs, cleaning your home and carrying groceries easier?⁠
  • Do you want to increase your confidence and ability in movements such as balance, mobility, motor control and strength and become better at them?⁠

Then our EP functional performance classes are for you!⁠

You’ll receive close attention and monitoring from one of our highly skilled Exercise physiologists who will focus on providing you with personalised exercises, optimal training styles and structured programming, while perfecting your technique and posture, to boost your performance and help you rapidly reach your movement goals.⁠
