Natalie Martinot

Vedic Meditation

Tell us about yourself

Natalie Martinot is a Vedic Meditation teacher, physiotherapist, clinical pilates instructor, yoga teacher, integrative health coach and the mother of three beautiful children with a huge passion for holistic health and the complementary blending of both western and eastern techniques and philosophies to create ultimate wellness.

Natalie teaches private and small group Vedic Meditation classes as she feels it is the one tool we cannot live without when navigating the modern world we live in today. By giving the nervous system a deep state of rest through this simple effortless meditation technique we dissolve accumulated stress, tension and fatigue which ultimately leads to a calmer, happier more stabilised state of being.

What is Vedic Meditation

Supported by scientific research and based on an ancient body of knowledge, Vedic Meditation is a powerful yet simple mental technique which absolutely anyone can learn. Through the use of a personalised mantra to draw the mind naturally inward one goes beyond thinking into a state of ‘being’ or stillness.

It is perfect for the demands of our busy modern lives as it de-excites our nervous system and enables us to achieve a deep state of rest dissolving accumulated stress, tension and fatigue.

Experiencing this state on a regular basis, meditators quickly become happier, more present and aware, less reactive, calmer, more adaptable, more creative, more productive, and have increased energy and vibrant health.

Karla Patterson

Nutrition Coach

Website: Karla Patterson

Tell us about yourself

Karla is a qualified Nutrition Coach, who has been passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle for over a decade, following recovery from a long-term illness and subsequent diagnosis of an auto-immune disease. Becoming a mother to two young children has motivated Karla to ensure she is focused on nourishing her body through the best food choices as well as incorporating some form of exercise each day. With an Italian background, Karla believes that food is to be enjoyed and is a way of bringing people together.

Educating people about choosing nutrient-dense foods to nourish and fuel the body is something Karla feels strongly about. She doesn’t believe in foods being “off-limits” but rather enjoyed in moderation as part of a well-balanced diet as all food groups are important for different reasons, and she understands how stressful it can be if an unhealthy relationship with food is established.

What Does a Nutrition Coach Do?

  • Educate clients by providing information on nutrition concepts, such as macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), portion sizes, and healthy eating habits.
  • Empowering clients with information to better understand how to make nutritious choices that support overall wellbeing.
  • Help clients identify and set realistic health and nutrition goals.
  • Provide personalised support and encouragement to stay on track with healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
  • Meal planning guidance around meal planning, including food groups, preparation tips, and portion sizes.

Collaborate, nurture, and thrive is what Karla believes are the three key pillars to success in your nutrition goals. We work together to determine what success looks like for you, Karla provides support to you throughout your journey to enable you to feel empowered and successful with your progress.

How can we contact you?

“Changing eating habits is a process and one that won’t be completed in just one session. This a journey and I am willing to support you through each step of the way if you are willing to invest the time and effort into yourself.

If you are ready to make positive changes that will have long-lasting health benefits, I would love to meet you.” – Karla
