Private sessions will help you: learn the core repertoire of Pilates exercises; practice performing the exercises safely for maximum benefit; and prepare for a smooth transition into Pilates-based Rehab classes. The Private sessions can also incorporate elements of physiotherapy treatment, as required.

• 3 x Private Pilates Studio sessions (60 min)

For new client to the studio. This pack includes:
