*Using the App can help avoid cancellation fees for class bookings. Cancellations for class bookings made through the app occur instantly, so they only require 12 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.  Class cancellations made through our front desk (via phone, email, or in-person) require 12 business hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee, because the front desk team won’t enter them into our system until they check emails and phone messages each morning (Monday to Saturday).

Please note: When logging into the app for the first time, please use the same email address that you already have registered with The Body Refinery (i.e. the one we send confirmation and reminder emails to). If your account does not sync once you have logged in to the app, come and see our friendly staff at the front desk on your next visit so we can fix this for you.
