TRX Classes - A complete full-body workout

The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. The TRX system is a black and yellow strap that hangs from either the ceiling or the wall.

What you need to know

These classes, as well as our Mat Pilates classes or Express Reformer classes, run for 45 minutes and do not require an initial assessment. Beginners through to experienced clients are more than welcome to join in, as long as there are no current injuries.
