Mat Pilates is an awesome workout! Our Mat Pilates classes are great for increasing your fitness level or just adding to your existing workout schedule.

The Mat work repertoire uses your body weight as the primary source of resistance. You may use small apparatus such as the magic circle, Theraband or foam roller. These will add variety to the exercises and add an extra challenge that will leave your body wanting more.

Our experienced Pilates instructors will take you through a series of exercises that will flow seamlessly from one to the other, giving you a full-body workout. Our Mat Pilates classes, with a maximum of eight participants, are suitable for all levels and abilities.

NEW! You are a Mat Pilates addict or/and just would like to push yourself even more, try our HIIT Mat classes.

What you need to know

Mat Pilates and HIIT Mat classes are held all over the week. They are all bookable online through The Body Refinery app.

These classes run for 45min and, as well as our Express Reformer classes, do not require an initial assessment.
