Monique is a passionate Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist who studied and practised in Melbourne. Monique’s inquisitive personality and love for dance and movement led her to study the human body to help people reduce their pain and regain mobility and flexibility.
Monique has worked with Australian netball and circus performers along with disadvantaged rural communities in India to manage musculoskeletal conditions and in the process has gained hands-on experience and knowledge.
She has a keen interest in treating the Lower back and hips along with lower limb injuries and tightness or dysfunction through the neck and upper back. She has a passion for musculoskeletal anatomy and is furthering her knowledge by studying Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland.
