Lauren Robinson – Exercise Physiologist

For Lauren, becoming a Clinical Exercise Physiologist was an obvious choice. After many years as an elite swimmer at both junior and senior levels, she experienced firsthand the profound impact exercise has on performance, recovery, and overall well-being. This personal insight inspired her career in exercise physiology, where she has since worked with a diverse range of clients, including those in Paralympic and disability sports, paediatrics, and individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of Queensland. Her particular areas of interest include oncology care, neurological rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal health. She has also completed Clinical Reformer and Mat Pilates Level 1 training through The Pilates Institute of Queensland, and she often integrates Pilates into her treatment plans to enhance recovery and strength. With prior experience in personal training, group fitness, and sports coaching, Lauren adopts a client-focused approach in her practice. Her passion lies in guiding individuals through their unique physical and mental well-being journeys. She is committed to taking the time to connect with clients, listen to their concerns, and leverage her knowledge and experience to empower them to lead more active and healthy lifestyles.

Outside of her clinical work, Lauren enjoys spending time at the gym or pilates studio, following her favourite AFL and Formula 1 teams, and indulging in some online shopping.
