Pregnancy Reformer classes

Stay strong, supported, and confident during your pregnancy with this gentle yet effective reformer class.

Led by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, the session is designed specifically for mums-to-be, focusing on safe movements that improve posture, support pelvic floor health, and build strength to prepare your body for birth and beyond.

In our Pregnancy Reformer class, you will strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups that may be weakened and tight from the postural changes and stresses that occur during pregnancy. It is also low-impact, without placing stress on the body’s joints.

Each class offers tailored modifications to suit every stage of pregnancy, helping to reduce aches and tension, boost energy, and keep you feeling fit and healthy throughout your journey.

What you need to know

The Body Refinery’s Pregnancy class is taken by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist and is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks to 38 weeks.

Our Pregnancy Reformer session is a 45-minute group class. You can also attend any of our Clinical Rehab classes if you want to keep moving during your pregnancy.

These classes require an initial consultation with a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist.

We provide ongoing support to help you safely rebuild strength and confidence after birth through our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates.
