Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates Class

Pilates is the perfect form of exercise to help your body recover from the changes it experienced during pregnancy and childbirth.

This Mat Pilates class is designed for new mums who are ready to safely return to exercise, rebuild mobility, restore full-body strength, and regain confidence after pregnancy and birth.

You’re welcome to bring your little ones* along and connect with other mums in a supportive, welcoming space.

Led by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, each session provides a gradual and safe reintroduction to Pilates-based movement.

What you need to know

Taken by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, these classes require an initial consultation before attending to ensure safety for all participants and maximise benefits from the class.

You will also need a medical clearance to return to exercise (at 6 weeks post-birth) from an obstetrician or midwife, so you know that you are safe to exercise.
