Evening Sessions:
Perfect for after work or a busy day – unwind, release tension, and reverse the effects of sitting for long hours at a desk or in the car. Particular focus on: posture, alignment, and relaxation.

Mid-Morning Sessions:
Start your day feeling looser and more mobile. These sessions promote more efficient movement in daily activities and sports. Particular focus on: mobility, better movement, and pain relief.

With a maximum of 8 participants, these classes are suitable for everybody in a relaxed, supportive group environment.

What you need to know

Our Physio Stretch Roll Release classes run for 45 minutes and require an initial assessment if you are new to our studio and/or Physiotherapy service.

These classes are claimable on private health insurance (check with your private Health insurance). To attend these classes, you should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor.
