With a background in Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy, Patricia brings a strong understanding of body mechanics, recovery, and overall wellbeing to her role as Practice Coordinator. Passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness, they believe in building both physical and mental strength through consistency and discipline.
For the past four years, Patricia has been dedicated to CrossFit, and more recently began training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She also enjoys running twice a week, staying active outdoors, and occasionally hiking.
Outside of training, Patricia enjoys reading and continually learning about ways to improve health and performance.
