
Abbey, born and raised in Brisbane, completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023 at Queensland University of Technology. She has experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular, and mental health conditions, and is passionate about supporting clients in managing their health and improving their quality of life through exercise.
Abbey has also completed additional women’s health training, which has given her further knowledge on the role of exercise in managing a range of women’s health conditions. Abbey has since gained experience working with women navigating Menopause, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Prolapse, Endometriosis and PCOS, and is passionate about working with women of all ages and presentations, supporting and empowering them to use exercise as medicine!
Abbey has completed her Mat Pilates Level 1 training through The Pilates Institute of Queensland and often implements Pilates into her exercise prescription to optimise client outcomes.
Outside of her clinical work, Abbey enjoys spending time at the beach, doing Pilates or shopping, and loves spending time with her family and friends.
