Rodney Wenceslao – Senior Physiotherapist

Rodney’s craft is Manual Therapy and Pilates with special interests in treating Musculoskeletal, and Sports related injuries.
With almost 30 years of working as a Physiotherapist. Rodney’s treatment approach uses a combination of Soft tissue manipulation, Joint & Spinal mobilisation techniques, and Pilates. Rodney worked on refining his Manual Therapy skills when he moved from Manila to Melbourne in 2001 working alongside and being mentored by Top Sports, and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists in Melbourne.
Since 2005 Rodney has been teaching Pilates to clients who need to overcome chronic injuries, to athletes who seek to improve their performance, and to the general population who want an edge to their physical wellbeing.
In 1997, Rodney graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College. (Manila, Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2001 he moved to Australia, and completed a Diploma in Sport at Swinburne University (Melbourne, Victoria), and later his Master of Education (Liberal Arts/ Sciences) at Monash University (Melbourne, Victoria).
Rodney is a Certified Polestar Pilates Instructor, DMA Pilates, Accredited Precise Points Dry Needling practitioner, a Watson Headache clinician, and member of the TBR Team since 2010.
