Strength & Conditioning Classes

The Body Refinery offers Strength & Conditioning classes, which are a circuit-style class taken by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

If you are injury-free and would like to challenge yourself, these new Strength & Conditioning classes⁠ are a great way to increase your strength and fitness levels.

With a maximum of 6 people, these sessions are the perfect way to do semi-private classes in a gym setting environment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.⁠

Classes are available, Monday to Friday. Book now through our App or call us on 07 3358 3915.

If you’re looking for a smaller or more personalised class, our Functional Performance classes could be a perfect fit.

EP Functional Performance Class

Our EP Functional Performance class is a small group class of up to 4 participants. Led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, these sessions are individually tailored towards your movement, fitness and health goals. ⁠

These classes are ideal if you are wanting to:⁠

  • Improve your strength, power, agility or endurance in your chosen sport
  • Make daily tasks like getting up off the floor, standing out of low chairs, cleaning your home and carrying groceries
  • Increase your confidence and ability in movements such as balance, mobility, motor control and strength

Then our EP functional performance classes are for you!⁠

You’ll receive close attention and monitoring from one of our highly skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologists, who will focus on providing you with personalised exercises, optimal training styles and structured programming, while perfecting your technique and posture, to boost your performance and help you rapidly reach your movement goals.⁠
