Mat Pilates is an awesome workout! Our mat classes are great for increasing your fitness level or just adding to your existing workout schedule.
The Matwork repertoire makes use of your body weight as the primary source of resistance. You may use small apparatus such as the magic circle, theraband or foam roller. These will add variety to the exercises and add an extra challenge that will leave your body wanting more. Our experienced instructors will take you through a series of exercises that will flow seamlessly from one to the other, giving you a full body workout. Our Mat classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
