Jess, born and bred in Brisbane, completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022 at Queensland University of Technology. She has always been passionate about movement in all forms and believes in the power of exercise impacting a person’s quality of life.
She is particularly interested in the relationship between the brain and body and will always treat clients’ mental health as important as their physical health, acknowledging the connection between both. Jess also has interests in treating neurological conditions as well as women’s health.
Jess competitively played a range of sports growing up and her time spent in field hockey led to her interest and experience in lower limb injuries.
When she’s not working, Jess loves to go to North Stradbroke Island, is a big foodie, and loves some good wine and live music. She is always happy to have a chat and loves interacting with different personalities and people from all walks of life.
