Courtney Nance – Physiotherapist

Courtney Nance graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).

She has undertaken further training in the area of women’s health with Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA) and treats a variety of concerns including:

  • Exercise during pregnancy and return to exercise postpartum
  • Rectus diastasis
  • Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain
  • Stress urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse

Courtney also has a special interest in dance physiotherapy having danced for many years herself. She works with full time dance students at the Queensland College of Dance providing injury screening and rehabilitation. Courtney is also trained to conduct pre-pointe assessments and prepare young dancers for pointe work.

Courtney is passionate about combining hands-on techniques with Pilates and exercise to help clients achieve their health goals.
