Alexandra (Alex) discovered pilates in 2017 whilst she was studying for her Diploma in Elite Dance Performance. During that year of study, Alex experienced chronic sciatic nerve pain where she used pilates in combination with physiotherapy sessions to become pain-free.
In the following years, she completed Matwork, reformer, small equipment, back pain and pregnancy pilates courses through Studio Pilates midway through her Clinical Exercise Physiology degree (due to finish end of 2022).
Alex enjoys working with a wide range of clients and loves to promote Pilates as an exercise for everyone, creating a welcoming and fun environment.
She is always open to fun music suggestions during her Thursday Reformer classes and encourages an upbeat experience.
